A PSD with strong existing compression (lossy JPG) often grows when re-encoded to lossless JPG (PNG, TIFF). A lossless PSD often shrinks dramatically when going to JPG / WebP. The ratio depends on image content — photos compress differently from line art.

Can I use the converted JPG commercially?
