How do I convert PNG to JPG without losing image quality?

A PNG with strong existing compression (lossy JPG) often grows when re-encoded to lossless JPG (PNG, TIFF). A lossless PNG often shrinks dramatically when going to JPG / WebP. The ratio depends on image content — photos compress differently from line art.

Can I use the converted JPG commercially?

Yes. The conversion is a format change — copyright on the image content stays with you (or whoever held it on the source PNG). We add no watermark, no metadata stamp, and claim no licence over the JPG output.
