How do I convert SVG to JPEG without losing image quality?

Upload your SVG file and the converter applies format-aware quality optimization for JPEG. For lossless JPEG (PNG, TIFF, BMP) every pixel is preserved; for lossy JPEG (JPG, WebP) you can tune the quality factor before download. An SVG stores shapes as mathematical paths and text as text, not as pixels, so it is a document rather than a raster grid. The bitstream is identical to a .jpg: DCT-based lossy compression, usually with 4:2:0 chroma subsampling, wrapped in a JFIF or Exif header.
How much quality will I lose going from SVG to JPEG?

At quality 80-85 the difference is invisible at normal viewing distance and the file typically drops by 60-80%. The catch is that it is one-way: re-saving the JPEG repeatedly compounds the artefacts each time. Keep the SVG as the master and regenerate the JPEG from it whenever you need a new size. SVG renders perfectly at any size, stays editable, is searchable and diffable as plain text, and is usually a fraction of the size of an equivalent PNG.
How does text inside the SVG behave?

In an SVG, text is real text — selectable, searchable and re-styleable, and it needs the font to be available or embedded to render as intended. Converting away from SVG turns that text into pixels or into document text depending on the target; converting towards SVG only produces real text if the source had a text layer to begin with.
Does SVG to JPEG conversion preserve transparency?

Transparency survives when JPEG is PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, or SVG. Converting to JPG flattens the alpha channel against a white background. If you need transparency in the result, target a transparency-aware JPEG instead of JPEG=JPG. JPEG is the same standard as JPG and JFIF — the four-letter extension is the original, and the three-letter one exists only because of the DOS 8.3 filename limit.
What about EXIF metadata when converting SVG to JPEG?

In most conversions, camera EXIF fields such as the camera model and GPS position are not carried into the JPEG. There is no setting on this page to keep or remove metadata, so check the result with a metadata viewer if it matters.
Can I batch-convert many SVG files to JPEG at once?

What resolution will my JPEG file have?
