What ends up inside the ZIP?

Every file you uploaded, converted where a conversion applied, with the original folder names preserved. Each member is compressed separately, so the recipient can pull one file out without unpacking the whole thing. It is the tidy way to hand somebody a batch. ZIP is the safe way to hand someone a batch of files: one download, no client software, and per-file extraction.

Will conversion change the content of my EPUB?

An EPUB is a ZIP archive of XHTML and CSS with a manifest — essentially a small website packaged as a book. ZIP compresses each file separately with DEFLATE and stores a central directory, so individual members can be extracted without unpacking everything.

What if the ZIP download does not start automatically?

Disable any pop-up blocker, then click the download button manually. The result link stays active for 24 hours, so if your network drops mid-download you can retry from the result page without re-uploading the EPUB.

How long does EPUB to ZIP conversion take?

Typically seconds for small files, a minute or two for files near the size cap.
